So this weekend, I was deciding between two dishes on what to cook for dinner, the winner of the two choices was tilapia. I normally don’t opt to make this fish but why the F not? Are you not ok with me cursing? Oh well.. Let’s get cookin! This has to be one of the easiest f’ing recipes on my blog as of yet. Don’t blink!!

Ingredients you will need are: tilapia of course, olive oil, breadcrumbs (panko), salt, pepper, old bay seasoning, paprika, thyme, and lemon. WHOOPS I really didn’t mean to have the garlic or the worcestershire in this photo.. lol you won’t need those.

Step one: Alright pay attention cause this is gonna be quick! Measure out the seasonings on some wax paper. BOOM done, next step.

Step two: Pat down the tilapia on both sides with the seasoning mix. Try your best to cover it all up. I’m not gonna come to your house and yell at you like Gordon Ramsay okay… maybe I should though.

Step three: Heat up your skillet on medium, pour some olive oil and then lay these bad boys down. Cook each side for 4 mins. Transfer to a plate and repeat until all pieces are cooked. Alright we’re done!

You can choose whatever sides you want, go crazy! I wanted to use up the items I already had. Nom nom nom. Dinner is served, enjoy and happy cooking! Leave a comment down below if you tried this recipe and how it came out.
